Investech was founded by Ionuț Vîntu, a Romanian technology entrepreneur based in Bucharest. He studied Management of International Finance at Regent's University London before returning to Romania to build in fintech and financial education — founding WinAcademy, a financial education company, in 2021, and Cash.News, a financial news and market data platform, in 2024. Investech is his holding company for software and technology ventures, with Investech Agri as one focused initiative bringing precision livestock technology to the Romanian market. The company operates from Romania and works with partners across Europe.

Across every venture, the same pattern repeats: find a process still run by hand, and rebuild it as a connected, automated, AI-assisted system — from manual to digital, from data to intelligence, from fragmented processes to integrated workflows.
